Design Description :
This is a mobile four-stages composed crushing plant, with ZSW960x3800 vibrating feeder+ PE400x600 jaw crusher+ PYB900 cone crusher+ 3YZS1237 vibrating screen. This design is economical, suitable for medium scale investment and production.

Crushing Process :
Through ZSW960x3800 vibrating feeder, the raw material will be feed to PE400x600 jaw crusher for primary crushing, then the material will be transported to vibrating screen and get separated. The products 0-20-50mm will be separated as final products and piled. While the >50mm will be transported to PYB900 through chute and get secondary crushed. After crushing, the material will be separated by vibrating screen again, the bigger sizes will be reverted to PYB900 cone crusher and recrushed, until all the final products can satisfy customers’ requirement of 0-20-50mm. The whole plant is a closed circuit. The final products will be used for road building aggregates.

This plant can satisfy customers’ requirement of medium capacity and flexible working sites, which can produce customers’ final size requirement independently and start working very fast.
