Jaw crusher is mainly used for crushing various ores and large materials with compression strength not more than 320Mpa into medium-sized grains; and is widely applied in mine, metallurgy, construction, road, railway, water conservancy, chemical industry, refractory material and ceramic etc.

 

 

1.There must be damping materials between the crusher and the concrete 

foundation.  We should install the jaw crusher above the concrete foundation in order to reduce the vibration; between the machine base and rack it needs to plus skids or rubber. 

 

2.The inlet must has levelness

 

 

3.The size of the discharging port should be adjusted as the needed 

granularity.
