Singapore and Malaysia will set up a new joint working group, under the jurisdiction by 'Iskandar Joint Ministerial Committee', to discuss the proposed Singapore - Malaysia high-speed rail plan, and make recommendations for the next phase of work to the two governments.

Joint Commission yesterday issued a statement declaring that the two countries, Singapore and Malaysia agreed to the establishment of this working group.
